14. Kada ta yabi mijin wata alhali tana tare da mijinta.

In couples counselling, the relationship is the focus although each partner should also expect to focus on self-improvement and self-awareness.
When is it Recommended:
People in relationship seek counselling for any number of reasons, from pourer struggles and communication problem problems to sexual dissatisfaction and in fidelity.
Though counselling is recommended as soon as discontent arises in relationship studies show that on avarage partness will not seek theraphy untill they have been unhappy for six years and yet, the more time has passed, the more difficult it may be to repair the relationship.
In some cases, a couple who has already decided to seperate may persue theraphy in order to end the relationship amicably and respectfully.
Effective therapy will likely adress marry aspects of the relationship, although communication tends to be the primary focus of relationship therapy.
When partners repeatedly employ conflict avoidance or engage in heated pourer struggles, communication problem ensue, resentment bulds, and repair are never made.
Counselors know that one of the first steps in inproving a relationship is to teach each person how to regulate their emotions, stay calm and use healthy communication skills to resolve problems new and old, and many partness see their communication improved as a result of counselling.

Successful theraphy depends on each partner's motivation and dedication to the process, and couples can expect to become better listeness and communicators and to find new ways to support one another.

Na kasance yar gidan masu akwai domin mahaifina mutumne mai tarin dukiya na yi aure cikin jin dadi da walwala duk da cewa bani kadai ba ce a gidan mijina akwai kishiyata amma kuma na fita fada a gunsa domin sai abinda na ce ganin bana rabo da yan silalla a tare dani kuma ana yawan aiko min da kayan alatu daga gidanmu.
Duk da cewa bani bace uwargida amma sai mijina ya mai dani uwargidan sai abinda na ce.
Duk duniya ba abinda na tsana irin kishiya na tsani koda jin labarinta sai gashi wai ni ce a gidan kishiya in banda kaddara.
Wannan damar dana samu a gurin mijina sai na yi amfani da ita wajen musguna mata ita da yaranta.
Ya'yan kishiyata uku biyu mata daya Namiji.
Ni kuwa ina da yara biyu duk maza
wannan ne dalilin da me gidana ya kara sona ganin daga zuwa na haifa masa yara biyu duk maza.
Na lura wannan al'amari ba karamin batawa kishiyata rai yake ba kawai sharewa take ni kuwa dana ga haka sai na shiga sabon salon kara kunsa mata bakin ciki domin kusan kullum sai na canja sabbin kaya kuma yawanci shi nake baiwa dinki ya kai min haka nan duk ranar da aka ce girki na ne sai in sa ya yo min cafane mai kyan gaske mu ci ni da yayana.
Haka kawai sai in kirkiri sharri in yi mata a gun mijinmu shi kuma ya yi ta mata masifu kala-kala har da barazanar saki, kullum ta Allah kafin in gaisheta ta gaishe ni.

Bayan rasuwarta da kamar wata biyu sai rikon yaranta ya dawo hannuna.
Ganin wannan damar ta dawo hannuna sai tsanar uwar yaran ta dawo kansu.
Na shiga gallaza musu ba dare ba rana kusan kullum sai na zane su haka kuma idan na ba 'ya'yana abinci da yawa su sai in basu kadan

Wata rana na kwanta sai na yi mafarki wai gani na mutu an sanya ni a wuta ana ta yi min azaba kala-kala sakamakon tozarta kishiyata dana yi da kuma rukon sakainar kashin dana yiwa marayu.
Wannan mafarki ba karamin tsorata ni ya yi ba.
Kusan kullum cikin tunani nake wallahi abin ya tsaya min a rai.

Malam Hassan: to assalamu alaikum jama'a, da farko dai sunana Hassan Ibrahim na yi karatuna na fimare a magwan Firamare daga nan na wuce sakandiren GSSS Kawaji amma a Kwalejin Rumfa na karasa sakandirena bayan nan kuma sai na shiga makarantar koyon aikin noma ta Audu Bako da ke Dambatta a kano bayan na kammala sai na wuce A.B.U Zariya na yi karatun babbar Difiloma akan aikin Noma(HND) sai kuma na shiga aiki koyarwa a sakandiren Maza ta Kimiyya da fasaha da ke Lauta a Gumel jihar Jigawa, ban jima ina koyarwa ba sai na bar su na dawo kwalejin Ilimi ta tarayya (F.C.E) kano wanda a yanzu haka a nan nake aiki.
Kamar in na fahimceka da kyau a cikin ilimin da kai kafi kwarewa akan abinda ya shafi noma da kiwo a zamanance haka ne ko?
Malam Hassan: haka ne.
Yauwa abinda na ke so mu yi magana a kai shi ne harkar kifi da kiwonsa a zamanance,(Fisheries) idan mutum yana so ya fara sana'ar kifi wasu abubuwa ne yakamata ya tanada don fuskantar harkar?
Malam Hassan: to da farko idan mutum zai fara sana'ar kiwon kifi ko nomansa yana da kyau a fara samun filin(Land) da zai yi wannan harka domin wannan fili shi ne mafi muhimmanci a ko wani sha'ani na harkar noma walau na kifi ko na noman iri, bayan samun filin sai kuma jari(Capital) da ma'aikatan gudanarwa(Labour) to shi wannan fili da za'a yi kiwon kifin ya kasu kashi uku kamar haka:
1-Concrete Font(Dan karamin kududdufin da za'a gina da bulo)
2-Azalt font(ramin kasa wanda ba'a zuba siminti a ciki ba) a kuma tabbatar kasar ba mai tsotse ruwa ba ce dan kada a wahalar da kifayen
3-Plastic font(Tanki na musamman domin kiwon kifi)
akwai kuma wuraren kiwon kifi na musamman (Captured areas) shi kuma yawanci gwamnati ke hurumin yin wannan kiwon shine manya koguna da kududdufai.
Manona: duk wannan jawaban da ka yi sai na lura kamar na masu karfi ne shin idan talaka wanda bai da ikon bin wadancan hanyoyi da ka fada ya zai yi a bashi masu sauki?
Malam Hassan: na'am! To ga mai karamin karfi zai iya fara kiwon kifinsa ko a gida amma ya tabbatar da cewa akwai wadataccen ruwa a gidan saboda shi kiwon kifi sai da ruwa domin kifin yana son canjin ruwa akai-akai a kalla duk kwana biyu ko uku a canja masa ruwa ya danganta da kyan ruwan da kuma yawan kifayen, idan suna da yawa za su dinga kashi a ruwan ka ga zai dinga sauri baci kenan.
Manona: ga mai fara yin wannan sana'a shin akwai wata ka'ida da zai bi domin fara wannan sana'a?
Malam Hassan: to ga mai fara wannan sana'a zai iya farawa da kifaye 50 ko 100 ba'a son mutum idan bai kware ba ya kwaso su da yawa, to in sha Allah idan ya fara da wadannan ya kuma kiyaye canja musu ruwa da kuma basu abinci akan kari zai ji dadin kiwon na su.
Manoma: da wani yakamata a dinga ba su abinci?
Malam Hassan: sau biyu a rana ko sau uku da safe da rana da kuma yamma, amma dai kifi an fi so a bashi abinci da sanyin safiya da kuma la'asar irin rana ta yi sanyi sosai.
Sannan wajen canja masa ruwa ba'a son lokaci guda a canja masa ruwa wannan yana illatar da kifi sosai, ana so a lokacin da ake zubar da tsohon ruwan a dinga zuba sabo, saboda canjin yanayi(Tamparature) na kifin, ba'a son sai an zubar da tsohon tsaf sannan a zuba sabo, ba mamaki tsohon ruwan ya fi sabon dumi dan haka ake so a lokacin da ake zubar da tsohon a dinga zuba sabon dan ya saje da yanayin da kifin ke ciki.
Manoma: akwai wata illa ne a tare da canja ruwan lokaci guda?
Malam salisu: kwarai kuwa akwai illa kasan shi kifi yanayinsa yana canjawa da ruwan daya tsinci kansa a ciki(Cold Blood Animal) idan ruwa mai zafi ne yanayin jikinsa yana komawa mai sanyi hakama idan mai zafi ne yanayinsa yakan koma mai zafi, dan haka ba'a son lokaci guda a sauya masa ruwa, sai dai a hankali a hankali.
Manoma: ta ya ya za'a iya canja ruwan kifin ba tare da an zubar da tsohon ba?
Malam Hassan:(dariya) ai duk wanda zai fara wannan sana'a akwai dan tanki da aka tanada domin fara wannan sana'a shi kuma wannan tanki a jikinsa akwai hanyoyin fitar da ruwa da kuma shigarsa(Outlet da Inlet).
Manoma: ga wanda zai fara wannan sana'a shin akwai wasu nau'in kifiye da ake so ya fara da su?
Malam Hassan:eh akwai amma ba su wuce kala biyu ba, akwai MARI akwai kuma TARWADA kusan danginsu daya (Family) amma akwai dan bambanci ita Mari ta fi Tarwada girma domin tana girma sosai domin idan ta girma zata iya kaiwa kamar cinyar mutum, ita ma Tarwada tana girma amma dai bata kai Mari ba, to wadannan sune nau'ikan kifayen da ake so mutum ya kiwata domin suna da juriya da saurin girma da kuma riba.
Manoma: akwai nau'ikan kifaye da yawa a duniya shin ko za mu yi sanin hakikanin yawansu a duniya da kuma dalilin da yasa aka zabi wadannan jinsi biyu domin kiwonsu?
Malam Hassan: to a lal hakika kifayen da suke duniya suna da yawa, ka ga ana samu a koguna ana samu fadamu ana samu a rafi da kududdufai da kuma teku. Duka wadannan abubuwan dana lissafa maka a kwai nau'ikan kifayen da ake samu a kowannensu, a kalla kifayen da mu ke da su a duniya wadanda kididdiga ta ba mu damar sani sun kai kimanin 600 amma shahararru wadanda aka fi sani a kasar hausa akwai:
Tarwada.
