Samun nagartaccen gida abu ne mai matukar muhimmanci a zamantakewar iyali, shi kuwa gida ba ya zama nagartacce sai da mace tagari, wacce take tattare da siffofi abin koyi da za su taimaka mata wajen tafiyar da gidan yadda ya kamata. Siffofin sun hada da:

1. Ta kasance mai riko da addini, ba mai saka ci da shi ba.
2. Ta kasance mai gaskiya da rikon amana a kodayaushe.
3. Ta sanya Allah a ranta a duk al'amuranta na yau da
kullum
4. Ta zama mai shigar mutunci, misali sanya hijabin da zai
rufe mata jikinta yayin da ta fita zuwa unguwa.
5. Ta kasance mai kamanta iyaye da 'yan uwa da abokan
mijinta.
6. Ta kasance mai yawan kwalliya da ado ga mijinta
7. Ta kasance kwararriya wajen iya girki.

9. Ta kasance mai gaggawar amsa kira yayin da maigida ya
kira ta zuwa shimfidarsa.
10. Ta kasance mai kiyaye dukiyarsa da duk wasu
kayayyaki da yake amfani da su.
11. Ta kasance mai rufa wa mijinta asiri, ba mai watsa
sirrinsa ba.
12. Ta kasance mai ba shi hakuri cikin lalama yayin da ta yi
masa laifi.
13. Ta kasance mai nuna farin ciki idan abin farin ciki ya
same shi, da nuna bakin ciki idan abin bakin ciki ya same
shi.
14. Kada ta yabi mijin wata alhali tana tare da mijinta.
15. Ta kasance mai kwantarwa mijinta hankali yayin da
yake cikin damuwa.
16. Kada ta ba wata ko wani dama ya ji sirrinsu (ita da
mijinta).
17. Ta kasance mai kokarin neman ilimi da aiki da shi.
18. Ta kasance mai nisantar abin da ba ya so, ta kuma rika
kusantar abin da yake so.
19. Ta kasance mai bin umarnin yi ko bari wajen nuna masa
so da kauna a fili, ba a boye ba.
20. Ta kasance mai tausayi, ba mai jawo masa bukatun da ba zai iya biya mata ba.

Babu shakka da bincike na tsanaki ne ake samun mace mai siffofi nagari abin koyi, gaggawa da kwadayi kuwa a harkar neman aure, babu abin da suke jawowa face da na sani, ita
kuwa da na sani aka ce keya ce. Allah Ya agaza mana.

COUPLES AND MARRIAGE COUSELLING

*couples or marraige counselling is offered to support people in relationship who may be consedering seperation or seeking improved intimacy and understanding.

In couples counselling, the relationship is the focus although each partner should also expect to focus on self-improvement and self-awareness.

              When is it Recommended:
People in relationship seek counselling for any number of reasons, from pourer struggles and communication problem problems to sexual dissatisfaction and in fidelity.

Though counselling is recommended as soon as discontent arises in relationship studies show that on avarage partness will not seek theraphy untill they have been unhappy for six years and yet, the more time has passed, the more difficult it may be to repair the relationship.
In some cases, a couple who has already decided to seperate may persue theraphy in order to end the relationship amicably and respectfully.

Effective therapy will likely adress marry aspects of the relationship, although communication tends to be the primary focus of relationship therapy.

When partners repeatedly employ conflict avoidance or engage in heated pourer struggles, communication problem ensue, resentment bulds, and repair are never made.
   Counselors know that one of the first steps in inproving a relationship is to teach each person how to regulate their emotions, stay calm and use healthy communication skills to resolve problems new and old, and many partness see their communication improved as a result of counselling.

*EXPECTATION AND GOALS:-
Successful theraphy depends on each partner's motivation and dedication to the process, and couples can expect to become better listeness and communicators and to find new ways to support one another.
Goals will be established by the couple under the guidance of the therapist, and in order to achieve these objectives, each partner must be prepared to acknowledge and understand his or her role in the relationship.
It is not uncommon for comflict to arise within theraphy session, but ethical therapist will strive to remain neutral and avoid taking side.

Duk da cewa bani bace uwargida amma sai mijina ya mai dani uwargidan sai abinda na ce.

Duk duniya ba abinda na tsana irin kishiya na tsani koda jin labarinta sai gashi wai ni ce a gidan kishiya in banda kaddara.

Wannan damar dana samu a gurin mijina sai na yi amfani da ita wajen musguna mata ita da yaranta.

Ya'yan kishiyata uku biyu mata daya Namiji.

Ni kuwa ina da yara biyu duk maza
wannan ne dalilin da me gidana ya kara sona ganin daga zuwa na haifa masa yara biyu duk maza.

Na lura wannan al'amari ba karamin batawa kishiyata rai yake ba kawai sharewa take ni kuwa dana ga haka sai na shiga sabon salon kara kunsa mata bakin ciki domin kusan kullum sai na canja sabbin kaya kuma yawanci shi nake baiwa dinki ya kai min haka nan duk ranar da aka ce girki na ne sai in sa ya yo min cafane mai kyan gaske mu ci ni da yayana.

Bayan rasuwarta da kamar wata biyu sai rikon yaranta ya dawo hannuna.

Ganin wannan damar ta dawo hannuna sai tsanar uwar yaran ta dawo kansu.
Na shiga gallaza musu ba dare ba rana kusan kullum sai na zane su haka kuma idan na ba 'ya'yana abinci da yawa su sai in basu kadan
kasancewar yaran suna zuwa makaranta sai Allah ya basu Nasibin haddace duk abinda aka koya musu kullum naga yaran nan sai in ji tsanar su ta kara kamani kai da abin ya ishe ni rana daya na fito na gayawa mijina cewa ni gaskiya ba zan iya zama da su ba dan haka yasan yadda zai yi dasu kasancewar babu yadda ya iya dani haka ya kwashi yaran ya mai da su can kauyensu wajen danginsa.

Wata rana na kwanta sai na yi mafarki wai gani na mutu an sanya ni a wuta ana ta yi min azaba kala-kala sakamakon tozarta kishiyata dana yi da kuma rukon sakainar kashin dana yiwa marayu.

Wannan mafarki ba karamin tsorata ni ya yi ba.
Kusan kullum cikin tunani nake wallahi abin ya tsaya min a rai.

Malam Hassan: to assalamu alaikum jama'a, da farko dai sunana Hassan Ibrahim na yi karatuna na fimare a magwan Firamare daga nan na wuce sakandiren GSSS Kawaji amma a Kwalejin Rumfa  na karasa sakandirena bayan nan kuma sai na shiga makarantar koyon aikin noma ta Audu Bako da ke Dambatta a kano bayan na kammala sai na wuce A.B.U Zariya na yi karatun babbar Difiloma akan aikin Noma(HND) sai kuma na shiga aiki koyarwa a sakandiren Maza ta Kimiyya da fasaha da ke Lauta a Gumel jihar Jigawa, ban jima ina koyarwa ba sai na bar su na dawo kwalejin Ilimi ta tarayya (F.C.E) kano wanda a yanzu haka a nan nake aiki.

Kamar in na fahimceka da kyau a cikin ilimin da kai kafi kwarewa akan abinda ya shafi noma da kiwo a zamanance haka ne ko?

Malam Hassan: haka ne.

Yauwa abinda na ke so mu yi magana a kai shi ne harkar kifi da kiwonsa a zamanance,(Fisheries) idan mutum yana so ya fara sana'ar kifi wasu abubuwa ne yakamata ya tanada don fuskantar harkar?

Manona: ga mai fara yin wannan sana'a shin akwai wata ka'ida da zai bi domin fara wannan sana'a?
